As part of our Project Management service, we will ensure that your project has the best chance of success by regularly evaluating the project and discussing with the client all available options to take the project forward.

A typical development will usually involve the following stages:

• Site survey and initial wind farm design
• Desk-top noise assessment: manage background noise assessment if necessary
• Consultation with utilities and aviation organisations
• Commission survey work for ecology, ornithology, hydrology, archaeology etc
• Apply for anemometry mast, manage installation and data collection/analysis
• Carry out scoping opinion with the local planning authority (LPA)
• Liaise with consultees and stakeholders
• Manage Environmental Impact Assessment and production of Environmental Statement
• Negotiate with grid operators and manage grid connection application
• Consultation with LPA, local communities and stakeholders
• Manage planning application process
• Manage Public Inquiry process (if necessary)
• Ensure post-consenting and delivery of project is completed expediently
