Anemometer Masts
As a wind farm project progresses, there will come a time where the developer will need to obtain on-site wind data to properly evaluate the wind resource potential of the prospective wind farm site.
Planning permission is required before a temporary anemometry mast can be erected. We have successfully obtained planning consent for many anemometer masts.
We also have associations with the leading suppliers of anemometer masts to the wind power industry, and are able to manage the process from planning consent through to mast erection and data gathering and its subsequent analysis.
